Matthew Hurt is a lifelong Ward 3 resident and Cheyenne business owner running for City Council. A graduate of Triumph High School, he owns Caregivers of Wyoming, which provides healthcare and support services for adults with intellectual disabilities, and has a background in technology and modernizing legacy data systems. He is running on transparency, government accountability, and responsible infrastructure and economic development.
